Books I Will be Buying After this Buying Ban is Lifted!

If you are not aware, I am currently on a book ban. It's not very strict, but I am not going on huge book hauls every month. (I actually have been cheating a bit...I'm sorry! ARCs just come!) Usually I allow myself to buy one book a month and I usually finish the book pretty quickly! I have actually been trying to get all the remaining 8 books on my shelf read by the end of May. The Fierce Reads tour will be at the middle of May and I will be hauling about *counts* 6 (Maybe 5) books! That is a good amount of books if you ask me. 2 which will be sequels and 4 (Maybe 3) that I haven't read. So! Here is a list of books I will be for sure buying once my ban is lifted!

The Winner's Crime by Marie Rutkoski

I LOVED the Winner's Curse. It was such a great read, fun, exciting, romantic, SO. MUCH. ACTION. Loved loved loved it. The sequel came out a few weeks ago and I am still crying due to the fact that I have not read this book yet and it is not in my bookshelf. I will be seeing Marie when she's on the Fierce Reads tour. Even if I don't have to book now, eventually I will get it.

Miss Mayhem by Rachel Hawkins

Rebel Belle! Rebel Belle is one of my favorites and the ending left me so surprised and wanting more! The synopsis is so so good and I need this book in my hands now. I love the storyline for Rebel Belle and I am expecting Miss Mayhem to be just as good! (And maybe better. :D)

Throne of Glass by Sarah J Maas

So, you may have heard, I have not read a SINGLE book by Sarah. I know, it's sad. People adore Sarah's writing and I have a feeling I am going to love it. Fantasy used to be a very iffy genre for me but after reading the Grisha Trilogy I have the need to read more Fantasy. Surprise? I think so...

An Ember in the Ashes by Sabaa Tahir

This one isn't out until tomorrow. It's a debut novel and it seems super interesting! It's gotten great ratings and I feel the need to get into this book. It takes place in a Roman like world so that will be very interesting for me to read. Also, it is high fantasy!

Girl Online by Zoe Sugg

If you haven't heard of someone named Zoella you are either living in a rock or just don't pay attention to people who watch YouTubers. Back when I was a huge YouTuber Girl, I had a phase where I went crazy with British YouTubers and Zoe was indeed one of them. I still occasionally watch her vlogs and videos, but not that much. She wrote this book and people have said it was a good book. I know the basic plot line but that's it. I am super excited to read what Zoe wrote and give my thoughts on it!

Lola and the Boy Next Door + Isla and the Happily Ever After by Stephanie Perkins

So I read Anna and the French Kiss AND ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT. I was having so many withdrawals with that book and was so sad Barnes and Noble didn't have it at the time. Ugh, Stephanie's writing was so good and I need more of it. Plus, these couples are just adorable.

Tracked by Jenny Martin

I haven't read too many book involving cars and stuff so I am super excited for this one! It's dystopian too! My cup of tea. :D It has gotten great ratings; that has really upped my excitement for this book. It doesn't come out until about the late beginning of May and this ban is definitely nto going to be off my back by that time...

The 100 by Kass Morgan

If you do not know, I am in love with the show. The plot line is just so exciting and suspenseful. There have been a mixed opinions about the book but I want to see what it is like. I know some things are different in the show and book. I guess I'm kind of scared about it. If the books sucks, it may ruin my opinion on the show, and I love the show.

The Heir by Kiera Cass
THE SELECTION SERIES' UPCOMING ADDITION. It is out in about a week and I will definitely not be off this ban by that time. It will probably be one of the first books I read since GAH, WHO WOULDN'T WANT TO READ ABOUT AMERICA AND MAXON'S CHILD?! Hopefully I can get it very very soon and devour it! :D

10 Fictional Characters I Wish Were Real Humans

Happy Valentine Day everyone! It's time to celebrate love, friends, family, boyfriends/girlfriends, husbands/wives. You get it. I know some people will be eating nice dinners, cuddling, and that mushy stuff. I also know that some people will be people spending their day alone. But with books! That list of people will have my name in it, don't worry. So I have compiled a list of 10 fictional characters that I wish were real humans. They don't necessarily have to be from books (most of them will be) but they will be fictional. So...let's get to the list!

1. Bellamy Blake from The 100

Bellamy Blake is a character from the 100. (Which if you don't watch the show...well I highly recommend it) He is brave, sweet, protective, has abs, hilarious, tough, but has soft spots. Oh he is perfect. I wouldn't date him because that would just be heartbreaking for Bellarke but I would love for him to be my dad. So, I am Clarke and Bellamy's child! Yay!

2. Day from Legend

Day is a character from Legend by Marie Lu. He is someone I would definitely date. He is Day! Brave, kind, strong day. As much as I ship June and Day, he is someone I love so much to the point where I wouldn't mind sharing with June. ;)

3. Mako from The Legend of Korra

I have been in love with Mako since I started watching this show! He is just adorable and someone you would crush on. Then once you finally get to meet him, he is a jerk and you hate him. Buuut you end up liking and dating him. It's kind of how Makorra's relationship went. Well it went something like that.

4. Prince Zuko from The Last Airbender

*swoons* As much as I wish I could ship the person he ends up with, I can't. I want to ship Zutara, but again, I can't. You now what that means.....HE IS AVAILABLE. Okay I would gladly date this guy. He is a prince but has gone through his struggles. Zuko goes through a decent amount of change and I am glad the show ended with Zuko not being the jerk of this show.

5. Peter K from To All the Boys I've Loved Before

I swear to myself I will not rip Peter from Lara. Peter K! If you have not read this book, I've got a gif for you.

Listen to the lady above. As much as people may think Peter is an ass, he isn't. He's so hilarious and someone I would totally want as a boyfriend. Well, we would have dated for awhile but I willingly gave him up for Lara.

6. Peeta Mellarke from The Hunger Games

Um, duh! Peeta would be someone I would love to have in real life. Except I cannot rip him from the beautiful Katniss and Peeta ship so I accept him to be my father. So I am the Bellarke and Peetnis off-spring...I don't even want to know what happened there. (I know! I live in different book lives hahaha)

7. Monty Green from The 100

I forgot about him until a second ago! I'm sorry Monty. I would love to date Monty because he is single, smart, brave, and the cutest thing ever. By the first half of the season I was in love with Monty. I don't know, he is just-ugh I love Monty so much XD

8. Nikolai from The Grisha Trilogy

This guy is great! He comes in the trilogy at Siege and Storm and I love him as a character. I wouldn't necessarily date him but more befriend him and have him as my best friend. You know? He is such a charming guy and just so fun to read about and maybe be around.

10. Leila from Let's Get Lost

If you don't know, Leila is one of most favorite characters of all the books I've read. I will gladly take her as one of my best friends. She is fearless to make friends, so nice, and hilarious. She is very outgoing and adventurous.
