I fairly enjoyed Passenger, the first book to Wayfarer and was excited to know that the this cover had been revealed. Passenger's cover was gorgeous and I absolutely loved it. My thoughts on this cover? It's definitely a bit different compared to Passenger but I like it nevertheless. I really like how they kept the glass object in this book and the tree? So relevant to the story, I love it. The purple is very interesting though. I like the shade of color it is in and I like how it's kind of like this dark fog around the tree in a glass. Not totally in love with it but I don't hate it as well.

This is the final book in the Young Elites trilogy and it makes me sad because I remember the first book coming out around the time I started blogging. My thoughts on this cover? It's probably my least favorite. It looks okay but the blue sparkly circle things just look kind of weird to me and don't really fit in with the series itself. I like how the font throughout the books have been kept really consistant and the mountains at the bottom of the cover are very interesting. Maybe they will have something to do with the story?

I hope you guys enjoyed these recently released covers! Let me know which one is your favorite and if you disagree on any of my thoughts...

I am pretty excited about this book! It's the last book of this series I believe so it is all going to be a bittersweet experience for me reading this final book. But, the cover is beautiful. I really love how consistent the whole series is with their covers when it comes to the typography. I love the light swirls that go around the title and how it compliments the title. The one thing that could have made the covers more uniform: if the background pictures of the cover kept the same concept. Two people in the background and they're embracing in some way. It's all good though! I love this cover and really appreciate it's similarities with the other covers.

~

AHHHH! This is a super exciting cover reveal because that means we're just one step closer to Crooked Kingdom! I loooved Six of Crows and I am so excited for the new sequel. This cover? Love. Again, the cover is similar to Six of Crows' cover and I appreciate the fact that these two beauties will be sitting on my shelf and lookn' pretty as they compliment each other. I love how in this cover, we see more of the crow and its wings. I also love how the sky in the background it kind of like a dusty tan and the whole overall dark vibe the whole cover gives off.

Illuminae killed me because it was so good, I loved the characters, and the ending was just fabulous. The first thoughts I had when I saw this cover was "WOAH BLUE!." It is definitely pretty different from Illuminae's cover but I do like how they kept the scribble like thing in the background. I am looking forward to the words popping out through the dust jacket because it honestly looks great with that. The blue background itself? I'm not the biggest fan of the shade of blue. It's pretty, but I don't like it very much... It probably will look better once the cover on a physical book (hopefully.)

Yissss Stacey Lee more beautifulness. I am so in love with this cover, I really am. It is super different from the covers of Stacey's other books but hey! New publisher, new cover styles! THE TYPOGRAPHY IN THIS COVER IS JUST OMG. I love the font "Stacey Lee" was written in and the title fonts (which reminds me of My True Love Gave to Me's title) is just so beautiful. The color and leaf border embellishment is gorgeous and I love how it leads and ends with the girl standing there. The whole color scheme and how the colors of the whole cover is just beautiful. Also, when I looked at the cover again, THE TAGLINE GOT ME. This whole book has something to do with smelling and that tagline was such a (good) pun.

I am really excited to read about the ending of this trilogy, definitely going to be a bittersweet one. The Alienated trilogy is sooo good and I am looking forward to reading about more Cara and Aelyx. But thiiiis is probably my least favorite cover out of this series. There are sooo many things that bother me, unfortunately. The other two were great but this one is just...*cringes.* The first thing I noticed when I saw this cover was the way that the orange and purple clash against each other. THEN (Oh I am not done yet) what bugs me the most was how the "t" is moved down just a bit in order for it to fit cover-Aelyx's hand. I know that was what had needed to be done but still, I can't get over it. And the blueness in the letters "un?" Yeah, that does not work out for me. Bummed this cover isn't as good looking as I hoped it was going to be but I am excited for the book nevertheless!

This cover is absolutely gorgeous and I love love it. The typography is just beautiful and I love the cursive "Gemini" and the beautiful color scheme! Super excited about this book and I cannot wait to read this book and hold it's beautifulness as well.

Ever since I heard Evelyn was writing a book, it has been on my radar for so long and I am so excited to be talking about her cover. It's seems like such a great read and super excited for the characters. The cover, to be honest, isn't my favorite. I mean, I like the girl walking towards the crown but the Crown itself with it kind of taking shape as the castle/ building (Whatever it is) is not something I am very font of? Also, the title font isn't my favorite as well. Nevertheless, even if I don't agree with the cover, I am still planning to read this book.

This is a cover I like. The color scheme? Love! I love how the fonts on this cover are so simple so it doesn't take out from the focus in this cover, the beautiful breaking bone. I love how detailed it is: How you can see the cracks and the pieces coming off of it as well. All against a black background? Love!! Plus, it all goes perfectly with the title!

I was so excited about this cover debuting because it's another Stacey Lee novel and I adore her. I am so excited to freaking finally read this book (Yay ARCs!) and experience the greatness. It's not everyday I read a historical fiction and I tend to stay away from those but I am always in a mood for a Stacey Lee novel. Okay, so the cover! I honestly love it. There is such a great balance between how much attention the title has but also the lantern below it. I love how this cover shows the lantern's glass mid-shatter and also, the smoke coming off the candle in the lantern? The black smoke rising from the candle? The lanterns blowing the background? SO DRAMATIC EVERYTHING ON THIS COVER IS SO DRAMATIC!! I love it and it makes me super excited for the book.

Ohhhh I do like this cover. Really excited to read this book and the cover is just great. The placement and layout of the words in the title are a bit awkward but other than that I do love this cover. The dramatic clock as the girl looks over at a castle building thing in the distance. Just beautiful. And I also love how the top of the cover has this orange to it while the girl is kind of standing on the blue stuff (What is that? The sky? Are stars teal?). The border going around the book is really pretty as well and I love the garnishes at the corner.

Uhhhh okay so this cover definitely isn't a favorite of mine. I mean I just am not a fan of the girl in the background and the magical particles that floating around her. I just find the girl really awkward in the background of the cover as well. Also, not very keen of the font used for "Elementals." Overall, this cover wasn't the best I have ever seen but I definitely hope to read Elementals soon as I do enjoy reading Michelle's works!

I love how consistent they have kept the Lunar Chronicles with their covers and this is another I really like. This book is a collection of novellas and I am pretty excited for this book. Have yet to read Winter but I definitely will be soon! I love how they used a crown as it's main object for this cover because, well all the characters are really basically all fighting for the crown! The crown is actually really pretty and I am very happy with this cover!

Ugghhh this cover is sooo pretty. The beautiful swirls going on around in the background are just beautiful. The font used for the title and how it is all arranged is just beautiful and I love it's gold touch to it as well. The banners going behind "Erin Summerill" and "Ever the Outcast. Ever the Brave" give the cover such an elegant and kingdom like touch I love it. The bow and arrow going under the title and how the arrow points right towards the antlers? Love! So much going on but it definitely is a controlled beautiful chaos.

The first cover I have to show you guys and talk about is Morgan Matson's upcoming 2016 novel, the Unexpected Everything! This cover was revealed last week on Lauren Conrad's blog I believe and it is honestly so cute. Here is the cover:

This is such an adorable cover because of how real it is. Like the dogs are real life models, the model is real life, the ice cream truck is probably real as well! The typography is also something I really love about this cover. Whoever makes and designs the Morgan Matson covers are really good at typography because they are all sooo beautiful. Super excited for this book because at Bay Book Fest, Morgan was talking about this book and mentioned how this character was going to be a lot more confident and outgoing than her past characters, who have all been kind of shy and quiet so I am super excited on how that will turn out.

The next cover is a redesign! I really enjoyed this book and when I found out the cover was being redesigned, I was very excited. I really like the cover it originally had but I really like the new cover. The book I am talking about is Hollywood Witch Hunter! Bloomsbury recently had the cover redesign and I really like it. So, here is the cover, revealed last week over at USA Today:

This last cover is probably the one I am most excited about! This one was revealed on Monday and I really like it. So I have talk about the book Nil a lot on this blog huh? Well, Nil is coming to an end and the cover for that book was just recently revealed on YA Books Central (with an awesome giveaway!):

I really love this cover. It is uniform with the other Nil books but at the same time, really stands out. First, the fire surrounding the lettering: yes. If the cover designer didn't make a cover without fire then I would have been pretty surprised. As always, there was the tick marks background on the cover and that is always a given for these covers. The color scheming is also so pretty for this cover. Super excited for this book but kind of sad for this series to be ending!

So tell me: Have you heard of any of the books you mentioned? Which cover is your favorite out of the 3 I showed?

Well one thing is for sure, it matched the other two covers. Good! I like how they were, again, able to incorporate the sword/dagger into the title, I like that! I really like the fonts they used on this series as well. Really love it. The dress is beautiful. I think the dresses on the cover of this series is probably the most important thing. The Winner's Curse was beautiful, The Winner's Crime was beautiful, this dress is definitely beautiful along with it's sisters. The model though! How she just stares into your soul and is looking fierce! Yes! :D
