WHOOO! One year... Okay that's kind of scary when you think about it. I have been writing my thoughts on books for one year now. Man, I still can't believe it. When I first started blogging, I really didn't think I would actually make it this long. I have gone through changes, my skills have gone through changes, and my writing has definitely changed. I have made so many great friends and discovered so many great books through blogging. I cannot wait to celebrate more blogoversaries, make new friends, learn new things, and read more great books!

5 Facts About Me

I realize you all don't know much about unless you stalk my twitter so I thought I would share 5 facts about me. :)
  1. I normally don't wear pants that expose my legs. Usually I wear leggings, jeans, or track pants/sweats. They're the comfiest. :)
  2. When I started blogging, I couldn't even type without looking at the keyboard. Now I can do that most of the times.
  3. I'm right handed.
  4. Through blogging, I now am no longer intimidated by HTML!
  5. For a few weeks, I did some reblogging for Fangirlish's tumblr. I had to stop doing that because I just didn't have time to do as much as I wanted.

The Story of Next Page Please!

I started blogging around May 2014 and launch "Kaitlin's World" on a Weebly blog. I was just planning on blogging about everything but it soon became mostly about books. At that time, I didn't know about the book blogging community, ARCs, and I was still trying to figure out exactly what a "blog tour" was. (That knowledge was learned the more time I book blogged.) Soon, I was soon deciding that I wanted to move my blog to a different platform. So that summer I switched from Wordpress to Blogger then finally back to Wordpress. (My reasons for change? Mostly because I didn't like the way I designed my blog. Typical me) I also went through a name change. My blog is now "Next Page Please!" but before that I had the cringing name of "YA, YA, YA, and More YA." AND before that, I had the name of "Too Many Fandoms" at one point. (You can see what my first blogger blog looked like here!) I'm not good with names, can you tell? I blogged over at Wordpress for awhile and really liked it. I really wanted more customization in my design though. I looked more at Blogger blogs and really liked their designs, so I made another move to Blogger in February. I really brought up my blogging game and worked really hard towards blogging. So that's where I am now! One year... There are tons of people I would like to thank and mention so let's get to that!
